BakersKeep prices your cookies from real costs, takes pre-orders, prints cottage food labels, runs your stall, and turns your menu and market dates into the week’s stories and texts. One app, from Monday’s menu to Saturday’s sold-out sign.
Video coming soonA real market week, start to finish, filmed at the stall.
How it works
One market week, in order
Set things up once. After that, each day reuses what the app already knows: your recipes, costs, menu, dates and customers.
MondayPrice and post
Know what to charge, then tell people
Enter a batch’s ingredients, your hours and your stall costs. BakersKeep gives the price that pays your wage and a profit, and shows where each dollar goes.
Break-even and "supplies only" prices side by side
Half-dozen and dozen deals
The week’s Menu drop story, ready to share
Price it: the price that covers your time and your stall.
WednesdayOrders and texts
Pre-orders in, regulars reminded
Take an order in a minute: items, pickup date, deposit, and a message with your pay links and a QR code. Then text your regulars. Each text opens on your phone with their first name already in.
Deposits and balances tracked per order
Only people who agreed to texts are listed
"Last call" story on cut-off day
Text my regulars: one tap each, sent from your own number.
FridayBake and label
Bake to the orders, label to the law
The pickup board totals what to bake from pre-orders. Labels list ingredients by weight, allergens, net weight and the cottage food statement at a readable size.
Production sheet and pantry check
Cookie, ingredient, coupon, QR and order-seal labels
4×6, 3×3, 2×1 and round sizes
Ingredient label, ready for a Munbyn printer.
SaturdayAt the stall
A menu board that sells, a tally that counts
Put a tablet on the table. Customers see today’s cookies, tap to order or pre-order for next week, and try a free sample and rate it. Your automatic coupons kick in on their own, so a dozen pre-ordered gets the deal without asking. Tap Sold out and the board updates. The tally tracks cash and card against your break-even.
"We’re here" story before you open
Tasting results by cookie, rating and keyword
"Sold out, thank you" story when you pack up
1. Menu board with a text-to-order QR code.
2. Taste test: hand over your phone. Taster mode hides everything else.
3. Pre-order upsell: a dozen for next week, with DOZEN10 applied automatically.
All weekThe posts
Four stories, already written
Menu drop, Last call, We’re here, and Sold out. Each one pulls your menu, prices, cut-off, booth and next date, in your colors, with a caption and the day to post it. Share goes to your phone’s share sheet; you add the music inside Instagram or TikTok.
The Chalkboard look. Butter paper and Brand color are the other two.
Everything included
What’s in the box
Sales, news and causes, everywhere at once New
One banner on the menu board, the order screen and your website: holiday hours, a weekend deal, a new flavor, or a cause. Sell hero cookies for firefighters with a live count, or give part of sales to a charity with the amount and dates spelled out. It switches off by itself when the dates end.
Know what’s left New
Each card on the menu board shows a bar from Plenty today to Almost gone, counted from your batches and every sale rung up on any device.
Cookies, breads, jams, each sold its own way New
Every category gets its own unit and pack deals: $3.25 a cookie, 6 for $19.50; $8.25 a loaf; 2 jars for $13. Jams and canned foods get a label-rules warning.
Photos that sell New
A photo for every item on the board, website and widgets, plus a photo header with five tint presets, half or full screen, and a separate phone photo.
Easy on the eyes, quick to edit New
Light, dark or automatic, three text sizes, remembered on each device. Double-click any name, description or price to edit it; on a phone, press and hold.
Recipes and versions
Method, bake times and scaling in grams or cups. Keep every version, tied to how tasters rated it.
Test new cookies, get honest feedback
Hand out samples with a taster mode that hides everything else. Faces for ratings, "would you buy it?", quick keywords and comments, then results by cookie.
Automatic pantry warnings
Stock is checked against your next market days and pre-orders. Items that will run short, run out or hit their re-order point are flagged, and go straight onto an order list by supplier.
Coupons
Percent, dollar and buy-some-get-some codes with limits, plus a QR code and a share image for each.
AI prompts, only if you want them New
A Copy AI prompt button by every long text box, filled in with your bakery’s details, plus supplier and tasting prompts. The app never sends anything to an AI itself. Rather not? One switch hides them all.
Taxes made easy
Market sales are saved as income day by day. Add expenses as you go, then hand your preparer a profit-and-loss sheet with every Schedule C line filled in.
A website, or widgets for yours New
A home page with your photos, menu, market dates and a tasters’ comments slider, plus privacy and terms. Or paste the menu, comments, dates or pre-order box into Squarespace, Wix or WordPress. See a sample
Your brand
Your logo, colors and fonts carried onto posts, labels, the menu board and your app icon.
Arrange it your way
Drag tabs into your order and hide what you don’t use. Hidden sections keep their data. Save the layout for every device.
A setup to-do that ticks itself New
22 steps in seven phases, from business name to admin PIN. Steps the app can check tick themselves, and every Go button lands on the exact field. Guides, a glossary and resources too.
Bulk import and export
Spreadsheet templates for every list, safe imports with a preview, and CSV export anytime.

Regular price $149/yr after founder spots are gone
BakersKeep builds a simple home page from what’s already in the app: this week’s menu, your market dates, how to pre-order, and what tasters said. Export it and upload it to any web host, or paste pieces of it into the site you already have.
sunnycrumb.co
Scroll the sample site. Every word comes from the app.
Menu and prices from your recipes, with allergens and pack prices
Market dates with map links, updated when you book a market
Text-to-pre-order button and QR code
What tasters say: a slider of taste-test comments. Only ones tasters agreed to share and you approved, signed with stars and the cookie, never a name
Privacy and terms pages, plus your state’s cottage food statement
Already have a site? Paste the menu, testimonials, market dates or pre-order box into Squarespace, Wix or WordPress. Plain HTML, works on every plan, nothing to move
Three promises
Try all of it. Take all of it. Keep your recipes yours.
Data freedom
Your lists go in and out in bulk, whenever you want.
Import in bulk: bring your menu, customers, recipes, ingredient prices, pantry, suppliers and more from a spreadsheet. A blank template for every list.
Safe imports: you see a preview first; imports only add and update, never delete, and Undo is right there.
Export anything: 13 lists to CSV, plus a full backup file. Free plan included, and for 30 days after you cancel.
Competitor features and prices come from their own pages, checked September 29, 2026. "Not found" means the pages we read didn’t say. Tell us if something has changed and we’ll fix it.
vs HotplateOnline drops and automatic texts, or the whole market week?Read the comparison
Pick Hotplate if you sell in drops and want customers to check out online. It’s free for you, texts your list when a sale goes live, and sends pickup reminders on its own.
Pick BakersKeep if your week runs around market days: pricing, labels, the stall, the pantry and the week’s posts.
Use both if you do online drops and markets. Hotplate for checkout, BakersKeep for everything behind the table.
Where we fall short: no online checkout yet, and texts go out one tap at a time.
vs VendorLoopReminders that send themselves, or posts plus one-tap texts?Read the comparison
Pick VendorLoop if your list is big and you want reminders sent without you, from a dedicated number, starting at $29 a month.
Pick BakersKeep if you text a few dozen regulars from your own phone and want the posts, pricing and labels too.
The line: past a hundred or so regulars, one-by-one texting gets old. That’s when to add VendorLoop.
vs HomegrownA $10 order page, or the back office behind it?Read the comparison
Pick Homegrown if all you need is a link where customers order and pay, with items that close when they sell out.
Pick BakersKeep if ordering isn’t the hard part and everything around it is. Homegrown says it won’t help you grow Instagram; BakersKeep makes the posts.
Use both if you want online orders now.
vs doing it yourselfCanva, a spreadsheet and your phone.Read the comparison
Keep doing it yourself if you sell once a month, your prices are settled and your system works. Canva is free and your phone can text.
Switch if the same chores eat your week: retyping the menu into every post, guessing prices, rebuilding labels, digging through DMs.
You give up Canva’s endless templates. Our posts come from a few set designs in your colors, on purpose.
Try this: time one week of posting, pricing and labeling. If it’s more than two or three hours, BakersKeep pays for itself in the first month.
What it would cost separately
Twelve apps, or one
What each job costs with a popular standalone app, and the time it takes you by hand each week.
about 19.5 hoursonce plus about 6 h to train each helper
about $2,366
To be fair: many of these apps have free plans with limits, and some bundle a few jobs (BakeProfit covers costing, orders and inventory). Each one also goes deeper in its own lane than we do. The times are our estimates for one market a week with five to eight cookies; yours will differ. What you won’t get from any of the apps is one menu that feeds your prices, labels, menu board, posts and website, so you type it once.

Notes on prices and times
Prices from each company’s pricing page, checked September 30, 2026, billed yearly where offered. Texting adds carrier fees; the menu board price is per screen. Times are our estimates, not measurements: 30 minutes to 3 hours to sign up for and learn each app, as listed (3 hours to set up BakersKeep), and about 8 minutes to update each of five places (menu board, labels, website, posts and order form) when a price or item changes, and 6 hours to teach a helper the booth’s separate tools (till, order list, pay links, menu board, punch cards, feedback) against 1.5 hours for BakersKeep. Vacation comparison: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, paid vacation after one year of service. Plans change, so check before you buy. BakersKeep isn’t affiliated with these companies.
What’s your time worth?
Time goes four ways: the weekly jobs, learning twelve apps, keeping them all up to date, and training someone to run your booth so you can take a day off. Pick your week and the pay you want.
I teach design and entrepreneurship. One of my students bakes amazing cookies, and she wanted to sell them at local markets here in Miami. The baking was never the problem. Everything around it was: what to charge when butter and chocolate go up, how many dozen to bake for Saturday, who pre-ordered and who paid, what the label has to say, and how to tell her regulars what’s on the menu this week.
So I built her a tool. Every screen on this page started as something she needed before a market: a price that covers her costs, an order list, a label she can print, a menu board for the stall. Most cottage bakers juggle the same things across notebooks, spreadsheets and texts. BakersKeep puts them in one place.
She’s our founding baker. She’s testing it as she gets ready for her first market, and she uses it free for life. If a feature doesn’t earn its place at a real stall, it doesn’t ship.
Not yet. Today it sends your Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or card payment links, with QR codes, and tracks what’s paid. Online payments through your own Stripe account are planned for the hosted version.
Does it post to Instagram for me?
No. It makes the images and captions and opens your phone’s share sheet. You pick Instagram, Facebook or TikTok and post. That keeps your account in your hands.
Are the labels legal in my state?
Pick your state to see its exact label statement, what the label must include, and the key limits. BakersKeep is a tool, not legal advice. Rules change, so confirm with your state agency (linked below), which has the final say.
All 50 states and DC, checked against official sources in September 2026. Allergens follow the FDA’s nine major allergens.
Where is my data kept?
In your private workspace, synced across your devices. Recipes are marked confidential, can be locked behind a PIN, and never go to a shared stall device. Every list exports to CSV whenever you want.
I sell bread, jam or more than cookies.
Change one setting and the app says loaves, pastries, treats or whatever you sell. Group your menu into categories, and give each its own unit and pack deals: cookies 6 for $19.50, bread by the loaf, jam 2 jars for $13. Categories marked as jams or canned foods show a reminder that many states have extra rules for them.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It runs in the browser on phones, tablets and laptops. Plan on a laptop, run the stall from a tablet, text from your phone.
What if BakersKeep shuts down?
You keep your data and your app. Every list exports to CSV and recipes export as a file you can open anywhere. A self-hosted copy keeps running on your own device or server without us. If we ever close, we’ll give you 90 days’ notice and a final version that needs no license check, so nothing stops working.

Privacy
Effective September 29, 2026. BakersKeep is a product of 2urn LLC, Miami, Florida. Questions: hello@bakerskeep.com
The short version: we collect what BakersKeep needs to run your bakery and nothing to sell. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels. Your customer list belongs to you.
What we collect
Waitlist and account: your name, email and business name, to hold your spot and run your account.
Your bakery data (once BakersKeep opens): menu, recipes, costs, prices, markets, labels, and the customers and orders you enter. It is used only to run the app for you.
Payments go through our payment provider. We never see your full card number.
Referral codes: if you arrive through a baker’s link, we keep that code on your device for 60 days so they get credit if you join.
Visit counts: if we measure visits, we use a cookieless tool that counts page views without identifying you.
Cookies and device storage
We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and no social media pixels. The app saves a few settings on your device (like which texts you’ve sent today) so it works. If we ever add advertising cookies, we’ll update this page first and ask where the law requires it.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the companies that host, email, take payments and count visits for us, under contracts that limit their use, or when the law requires.
Your customers’ data
You control your customers’ details; we store them only to run BakersKeep for you. We never contact your customers or use their data for our own marketing. Texts and emails are sent by you, from your own phone or email.
Your choices
Export all your data at any time.
Ask us to see, correct or delete your data at hello@bakerskeep.com. We answer within 30 days.
Unsubscribe from our emails with the link in each one.
We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal.
Keeping and deleting
When you close your account we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it. Backups expire within 90 days.
Children and changes
BakersKeep is for adults running a food business; we don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13. We’ll post changes here and email subscribers at least 14 days before a big one.
Terms of Service will be posted here before founders spots open.
